Spare buttons are a smart and inexpensive purchase for every troop (along with a sewing kit). For a couple of dollars, you are fine when a boy loses a button just before the big event. They do not have a long delivery time, but for the small price, troops should add a set of these to their next order, as you’re practically guaranteed to need one or two in the near future.
