I had to buy these individually since the set was sold out. When I received all 3, I was disappointed. The material covered is nice, but should have been left in the handbook. If it was to be kept separate, make them a guidebook or a small reference card. The large format folding map is cumbersome and difficult to navigate, steady, and use outdoors. I gave 3 stars because it has good content, but the format needs revamped.

This is a very good product. We need more of this type of information. This does not replace a good manual with more detail.

The items arrived in three days once ordered, which felt very quick. High quality items all. The pants were the only element I needed to return because they didn’t fit my boys. Returned them a couple weeks ago and don’t see a refund yet. But the boys are happy with the things they kept. Troop uniforms, trail life handbooks, etc.

5-stars because Of the information in it…
4-stars because the quality of the paper, seems like it can rip rather quick with any sudden movement.
(My remedy… cut it in sections at the fold-line, and laminate them as a whole)

    Information is good
Quality of captions and paper is good I believe it is tear proof
But it’s like fumbling with an old paper map
I was expecting it to be in book form
As for the water proof bag expecting more than a heavy duty Ziploc bag

Large map fold sheet format makes it unusable anywhere but at home on the kitchen table. Should be in booklet format especially at this price.
Good information but pointless since it is not practical to use outdoors which is where you need the information.
Furthermore, all this information should be in the Trail Life Hand Book.
