Tri-Color Hat

The hat is poor quality, the bill is crooked on mine and my sons even though they were ordered 3 months apart. Seems odd that the poorest quality hat is used for the dress uniforms. One size fits all from a child to an adult is odd as well and the reason most don't actually fit like the rest of the uniform.
I get Richardson hats made for my company for $16-$23, are we allowed to use your logo to make hats that look and fit better at a lower cost to the volunteer to advertise Trail Life. A lot of kids and families can't afford the high uniform and apparel cost, ever though about partnering with a large distributor to cut cost for you and the volunteers wearing and paying for them? They typically offer two day shipping also.

One size fits most is too big for every boy I have seen resulting in my son and many others losing their hats. Adult one size fits most is too big for many adults. Solid back of hat is too hot; need a mesh back instead.

My son likes it.
