On the sticker is a QR code that links to the full explanation of Trail Life’s 1-2-3 Youth Protection Essentials from Trail Life’s Health and Safety Guide. Located on the name tag is a checkbox for the wearer to certify that they have read and agree with these essential safety measures.

These guest name tags are intended to ensure that all non-member adult attendees are familiar with TLUSA’s 1-2-3 Youth Protection Essentials and to help Trailmen distinguish Registered Adult leaders, who wear lanyards, and adult attendees who have not been vetted or received Trail Life’s Child Safety and Youth Protection Training.
