I actually liked the way it was written. Very easy to see what the new requirements are.

The shipping services need to improve massively. Waiting for 2 weeks for delivery is unsatisfactory. Many other services are faster than this -specially when paying $10 for shipping on each other.
The handbook itself it’s great! The updates are logical and the explanations (of the new material) is easy to read for both leaders and trailmen.

The new book is ok for the requirements but it lacks the information that the previous edition had. The pamphlets are no substitute for the consolidated information of a singular source.
