Product fits a little tight, and sleeves are too short.

We initially had a problem with the left collar button. The first time the shirt was shipped to us, the collar button came off in the initial wash of the shirt. We contacted customer service for the company that actually fulfills the order, and they remade the shirt for us. The second shirt had damage to the same button, which we noticed when we opened the package. Again, we made contact and the shirt was remade. This final shirt was sent to us through the mail in a box instead of a plastic bag, as the first two were sent. It could have been that automated postal mail sorting damaged the button. Regardless, the customer service was good. The folks were pleasant, and they were determined to make the order right.

As my title states, however, the shirt is slightly too tight, just enough to be noticed. Also, the sleeves are too short to be worn full length without looking wrong. They look just fine rolled up, and that is how I wear this shirt. We were pretty careful to measure correctly for the shirt, too.

I've seen a number of reviews about sizes for Trail Life shirts being off. I would have to agree, and this would be my only complaint, and the reason the product did not rate 5 stars. The issue with the button was resolved, and I'm pretty happy that they went the second mile to make things right.
