Sleeve Length: Measure from where the shoulder seam meets the collar, across shoulder, and down sleeve to hem.

Very nice weight fleece. Size 2xl ran a little small on me. Consider one size larger than normal if you like a loose fit. Very happy with my jacket. I would buy it again.
