NOTE: Certain adult sizes have limited quantities.
This distinctive 65/35 Poly/Cotton Rip-Stop fabric shirt is sturdy enough for adventure but dressy enough for the most formal flag ceremony or Trailman Court of Honor.
Very little sewing is required (one-time single Troop Number patch), as advancements are hanging patches on the hidden pocket buttons and quickly-replaced embroidered shoulder hoops.
A Trailman will leave the ceremony with his insignia in place. He won’t need to sew a thing (except for the Timberline Award, if earned)!
Plus, because the same uniform is worn at all ages, it can easily be passed along to younger Trailmen as he grows!
Adult sizes come in two cuts – the regular cut is a slim fit, the full-cut is more generous in the shoulders and chest. Please refer to the size chart and measure as stated.
This shirt is available in a slim cut and a full cut option. The slim cut is designed with a slightly tapered fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend you go with the next size up.
How to determine your shirt size: Choose a button-up shirt that fits you well and measure across the chest approximately 1 inch below the underarm. Get the shirt that corresponds with that measurement.

Sharp uniform. This is my boy’s first year. He wore it around the house when it first arrived
The uniform shirt is great quality. However, it is very snug around the arms and abdomen. I ordered the adult XL slim cut because the full cut was not available. XL is the size I generally purchase all of my shirts and they typically fit loosely and comfortable.
We've been in TL for 5 Plus years and love the mission and organization. With that said I'll share ways I hope we can improve.
Why are youth shirts only available in slim cut? My son is not slim cut and neither is half the troop. The uniform only reminds him and makes him more self conscious. Why can't we offer a full cut for youth?
The uniforms are so expensive our troop has a buy back program and even uses scholarship money to assist some families. At rate buys grow and the cost of uniforms it's tough for families especially ones with more than one child.
My son, age 10, loves his TLUSA uniform shirt and stands up taller when he wears it.
This shirt looks real nice. It's well starched, yet comfortable.
