Internship Program

Trail Life USA’s Resident Internship Program is designed to provide hands-on experience, personal mentoring, and leadership training for the next generation of courageous young men (18-24 years old) who desire to honor God, lead with integrity, serve others, and experience outdoor adventure.

Internship Overview

Session 1 (May 18-June 19, 2020) Compensation: up to $900, plus room and board

Session 2 (June 29-July 31, 2020) Compensation: up to $900, plus room and board

Sessions 1 & 2* (May 18-July 31) Compensation: up to $2,000

Internship and residency will be based at Trail Life USA’s 127-acre Camp Aiken located in the beautiful Upstate of South Carolina. Internship is based on a 37-hour work week in addition to 1.5 hours a week devoted to spiritual development and 1.5 hours a week dedicated to mentorship.

*with advance approval and pending exceptional evaluation of Session 1

Bible Study: Create intentional time with God during a busy schedule by participating in daily, staff-led devotions

Weekend Excursions: Explore the beautiful upstate of SC on the weekends through outings you organize with your team, such as zip lining, hiking, mountain biking, water sports on local lakes, downtown Greenville, SC, and much more!
